We exist to see students transformed by the gospel to make a Kingdom impact we
have yet to envision.
For decades, we have lamented the reality of young people leaving the Church at an alarming rate. We have witnessed the next generation losing their faith and trust not only in the Church, but in God altogether. On top of this, Middle School and High School students today are facing unprecedented anxiety, cultural pressure, and lack of community.
We exist to change the narrative on what a young person finds in the Church today. We want to motivate the next generation to worship Jesus for all that He is worth, to know His Word with fluency, to be agents of hope in a broken city, and to graduate with the confidence and foundation to live for Christ wherever they land.

The Keys
Here’s a rundown of the keys that make YTH who we are:
🔑 YTH (Midweek service): Wednesdays, 6-8PM - Check in, grab some pizza ($1/slice, free for first-time guests!), and join us for some time playing games together (Nine Square, ping-pong, and more). When the weather is nice, we’ll get outside and play basketball, throw some frisbee, and more. When service starts, we usually sing a few songs led by our Student Worship Team, go through a lesson in the Word together, and close out the night by breaking into small groups with student leaders.
🔑 Sunday Serve: Sunday Mornings - In addition to attending service, our students serve on Sunday morning in a variety of ways. From FC | Kids to Worship & Tech to Welcome Team, you’ll see students in and around our building on Sunday mornings, because we are the church of today!
🔑 YTH Events - Outside of Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings, we plan events throughout the year to have fun together and growing in community. A few events that we do regularly are our Night of Worship and Prayer (periodically), High School Breakfast (monthly), and Bridge Nights for High School Seniors (annually).
🔑 YTH Retreats - Retreats are one of the very best ways for students to get engaged with God and with each other. Taking a few days to get out of our usual context, disconnect, and focus on Christ is always beneficial and worth prioritizing in our schedule. Every year we will have a couple of opportunities to go on retreat and get away, have fun, worship together and share the gospel!
🔑 YTH Serve - We are the Church of Today, which means that we are just as sent and just as gifted to serve the Church and our community. We want to create plenty of opportunities for YTH to serve throughout the year, emphasizing service projects, taking mission trips, and encouraging serving in the local church.
🔑 YTH Family Discipleship - We believe that parents are the primary disciple-makers of their children, and we want to do everything we can to encourage, equip, and empower parents for that all-important task. We want to help do something about that reality instead of just mentioning it here and there. So, whether it’s sharing resources or hosting family discipleship events, we want to always communicate that we care about the role of family discipleship in a student’s life.
Our student leaders have committed not only their time but their hearts and their prayers to caring for these students. They are eager to shepherd through these critical years and watch them mature in Christ.

hear stories
Here are a couple stories of how God is moving in the lives of our students.
Raegan's Story
Raegan knew the "decision" she made in Kindergarten was just about fitting in, but once she heard the truth about Christ, she knew "following the crowd" wasn't an option.
Alyssa's Story
Alyssa's life was already full and perfect... or so she thought. When a friend invited her to come hear about the Truth, she knew the story of her life was just beginning.
